On paper, of course. It is the job of KEBS, but you know Kenya. That is why a calamity like the one at Mukumu Girls did happen.

This is work for public health departments to enforce in specific counties I can tell you for sure Kenya has largely ignored the importance of food safety, and that's why  food diseases are very much common, cleanliness is which could cut this problem seems to be fully ignored.
