They are in it together. Ruto is a well-known grain farmer with over 5000 hectares in Congo Brazaville alone.

Super corrupt thrive through monopoly and crony capitalism. Ruto should not take side but encourage competition. Unfortunately this kind of photo opp is what super corrupt use to intimidate everybody.
