Title: Kagame goes for reasonable corporate tax

Ruto should similarly begin the process to eventually go to even 15 percent corporate tax.

Changes in Rwanda's tax code:

1. Corporate Income Tax revised downward from 30% to 28%, medium-term target is 20%
2. Tax on sale of immovable property set at 2.0% for registered tax payers, 2.5% for non-registered. First Frw 5M ($4,500) on the sale is tax exempt
