Nothing new. He will cut a deal with the present Energy CS and the issue will be swept under the carpet.

Pundit, let us go into a bet. Nothing will happen to Kiraitu. Could even be the last time we are hearing of this saga.

Hapa Ruto ametuagusha. I still remember how kiraitu stole OO money. Kiraitu is crooked as they come. We might as well forget all reforms in electricity sector which is choked by cartels.

We can only summarize that Ruto wants to steal oil money unfortunately  :)
