Why are you surprised? Ruto and his political advisor David Ndii said openly that fighting corruption is not a priority in their government. It means corruption does not exist in kenya and has been declared a legal way of making ends meet.

My village mate (now a political science lecturer at Maseno University who was at KU at the time Ndii claimed to have graduated hapo) was telling me Dr. Ndii is one overrated Moffo. Claims to have been in KU during the time of wakina Okoth Obado. Nobody saw him in campus before he sneaked his way to I don't know Oxford.  He will make Ruto government fail. To much theory, zero substance.

Your village mate got it wrong. David Ndii was the same year with Okoth Obado, but Ndii studied econmics at UoN. Obado was at KU.

Ndii scored first class in BA economics in 1988 at uon..top of his class..them did MA at uon until 1990..then went Oxford for another MA..then dd phd. I can only fault is obsession with doomsday scenarios not his intellect. He needs positive vibes

Nation are creating a scandal every weekend for the Weekly Review. Looks the younger team has no say over dynasty old timers in the board room.

I think it's outright fake because total fertlilizers deal was not even 10B.That first redherring.
