Title: Moi vs Kibaki vs uhuru debt

1.2 Billion (Kibaki) vs >5.3 Billion (Uhuru).
Our leader was saying debt is not bad.

He went on recurrent spending spree saying Japan's debt is higher than Kenya's debt without acknowledging the fact that Japan's debt is denominated in yen!

Percentage would make sense as economy has grown.
