Parliament will form special committee.
Ruto will definitely pick Ichungwa and Aaron - with maybe 8 members
Raila will told his side - 8 members.
Deputy speakers or speaker will chair it.

Ruto will control whatever will come out of it.

Ruto should not act with good faith with such crooks.
