I’m not sure what’s going on with Ruto But it’s clear that he decided to reward loyalists & the only thing that gives me hope is that he’s recognized that these people need help & he’s recognized this early on & So both kindiki & duale need to become quick learners because he has essentially given them mentors based on the fact that he has recognized that they’re not up to speed.
So kindiki, duale & mutua need to get up to speed

Ruto definitely has demoted Mutua...he must be tired with his small-mindness. Maybe he also cannot cope with Ruto work-rate.
Kindiki is lost - Boinnet is definitely going to help him. Pokot hapana tambua. New Police seems also lost. There is clean up of KDF needed.

Ruto needs reshuffle the cabinet 90% dont know what they were appointed to do at least Kindiki has the spirit to fight but lacks experience he is a novice. Like said give Murkomen to deal with Kalenjin banditry mess. Our boy deserves a respectable cabinet post like roads or energy
