I thought Dvid Ndii was joking when he said KK government will not fight corruption. Now I know better.

Corruption is not static. Looks like It depends on who is in power. Law enforcement will also be selective, especially the well connected.
Voters picked a president with questionable character, so he will also pick people close to him.
