ruto is showing that he is rusty. he orders kindiki instead of consuming intelligence and gathering a team and coming up˝

Honestly no one in Meru expected Kindiki and Linturi to perform, we knew they both were weak for the positions selected.
As for Kindiki he is deep into problem he said his legacy will be to end banditry but the opposite is occuring.
Merus don't mind a cabinet reshuffle give Murkomen interior security to deal with Pokots killing his marakwet then Give Kindiki transport.

Kindiki is doing great - Pokot are lashing out knowing Ruto has them on his eyeballs. Linturi hapo sioni kitu. Hopefully PS of Agri is strong.

Iyo ni yako ,yetu ni Kindiki Transport Murkomen Interior as he knows the issues at hand, Linturi give him any other ministry like trade give Kuria agriculture.

Drought effects cannot be fought by guns only whether Kindiki sleeps in Kapedo. Contractors need to move in to restart Arror and Kimwarer dams asap.  Water pans as we wait for April rain drops.
