Ruto has small window to crush kenyattas otherwise they will laugh at him.

An immediate change in the military leadership and the retirement of the Luo Ogoda and all top brass from Uhuru era  should be done by Ruto immediately to signal he is ready for war with Uhuru&Raila combined.

Hit them very hard, that should be the only answer. Crash their business ...
