Under the Uhuru proposed laws, this car would not be owned, imported or so modified without the permission of the police. So the thugs will know exactly what kind of safety measures are on your car and of course once they know, they will know the counter measures.

Now tell me why the government should know what defensive measures one has installed on his private car? Why should it have the power to grant permission? It means it can deny some people the right to own an amoured car and therefore expose them to danger and peril. How does exposing people to danger make it easy to fight terrorism?

Why does the govt need to restrict people from owning armored cars?
I will support a ban on tinted windows. people use tints to commit crime.
