Luos egalitarianism is the biggest asset and lesson a lot of communities can learn. Luos ethos are about excellence and pride in ones contributions not mere pursuit of material wealth. the reason why luos have less celebrity professionals is because they pursue a higher calling..my childhood friend had 9 surgeries performed by a Doctor to save her life ..free of charge. we can learn a lot from this generation of CS. they pursued a higher calling using their talents to change society and not enrich themselves

About Prof. do NOTE that he always espoused the great learnings that he got from STAREHE. He was a PROUD STAREHIEAN and always said that we were taught that when given a cup to wash, wash it better than it has ever been. He lived the STAREHE Charge. A charge we all swore and undertook to live by, be upright human beings and mindful of our fellow humans.
