Reduce useless NIS budget and please fund judiciary otherwise Kenya is going nowhere when cases takes 20yrs to resolve

Finished a short hearing before the Court of Appeal(Musinga President,Kathurima & Laibuta JA).Court heard 3 matters & reserved rulings within 30 days...COMMENDABLE. HAPPY that the Court has a NEW RULE that rulings will be delivered in 30 days instead of the previous 120-150 days
