Title: Monica Juma - The only Uhuru Cabinet Member Retained by Ruto

I' am wondering about this Monica Juma because she was retained by Ruto, but I don't know much about her background. She must be very good at what she does because why else would he keep her in his cabinet? What is her background?

She is very brilliant and a performer. SALLY Kosgei type.She understand security and international diplomacy.How she ended marrying that idiotic proffesor kagwanja from muranga I don't know. Dr Monica Juma is Dr Sally Kosgei reborn.
