Agreed,

Ideally this should be ARA job that EACC are purporting to do.

Theirs should be criminal - taking people to court and jail

Asset recoveries commission were doing great....EACC have become so docile...they are now adopting ARA and negotiation.

Matiangi file has been ready for 5yrs. KEMSA files?

I think all former CS invluding some in the current administration have files with EACC, they need to go after them they are vulnerable and wont lead to any political backlash .
We are not in Pre 2010 constitution where cases were turned political. Go acter them and corruption will slowly die.

the should have ruto and gachagua first.

Yap declare wealth and then let everyone else follow. Lead by example.
Even businesses should be investigated for bribery.

These ain't small fish - they are the deep state of corruption networks. They know the ropes and teach the political entrants and new employees. Have connections and trust in private sector. There needs a total purge of this kind.
