Why is Shollei missing from the list of the convictees?

Former IEBC CEO James Oswago and deputy commissioner Wilson Shollei sentenced to a fine of Ksh 7.5M each or serve 4 years.

Is Wilson the estranged husband of Gladys? If he is the one I can understand why he took off.

Gladys husband was Standardmedia Group CEO he went by Sam Shollei
