Kenyatta National hospital has really improved. Last time I was there it was not such a scene...lord have mercy

Head scratcher.  Why is he taking a picture with her?  If you visit a sick person in hospital, do you pose for a picture with them?  Weird.

This is the private wing. Same prices like Nairobi Hospital or Aga Khan Hospital.

The normal wards are still a death trap.
