He is going underground because he is very afraid - they need to be kicked out port business - if not shipping drugs with kabogos - they are stealing from KPA. The same with Mois. Jan Mohammed and his grain handlers. Same with Harun Mwau and his drug dealing.
We need new players in the port business.

I thought he was a well connected governor? with his connections, why did he need to forge documents? Kenya is one big cess pool, but is he really underground? It doesn't look like ruto is going after anyone and grand mullah is complaining that judges can be bribed. So, why hide when you have the money to bribe your way out.
All the drug dealers like kabogo, joho, mwau will only be caught once the DEA decides to focus on Africa (they seem to be totally focused on latin america now and don't even have time for that huge narco-state Guinnea-Bissau)

Ruto has left institution to go for them slowly kipole pole.
That is what he promised.
It may appear slow but it the wheels of justice are grinding.
Americans have best alley in Ruto - if they want drug dealers - this is their time to come for them.
Judiciary need reforms - first is to deal with backlog.
That mean hiring 2 or 3 times more judges and magistrates.
Grand mullah should provide evidence of graft - like Sonko did on that Justice Chibetwe.
He can use mike sonko type of people to expose graft. Heck he has newspaper.
We have social media - help fight corruption by bringing evidence - otherwise gas lighting the entire judiciary is not helpful.
Of course 95% of kenyans are corrupt - but evidence.

Lol, obviously its because of Magendo, Jicho Pevu should investigate what SSudan is importing , most probably some armms in addition to that ABU was very good in Tax evasion in the past .
