Gov should only buy 2 million bugs for strategic grain reserves - and the rest give it to millers.

You cannot subsidize inputs - then babysit farmers in harvest.

No he is very smart. He was top manager in StanChart in Kenya that "revolutinize" it with ATMS in 1990s - and went to Dubai & Saudi Arabia - where he was a Bank CEO.

Shida tu ni pombe - and he is not smooth talker - his kikuyu accent doesnt help- IQ wise - finance and trade - investment - he is VERY GOOD.

He was in hospital recently suffering from poor diabetes management secondary to alcoholism.
