Title: Ruto on cattle rustling - to deploy military

Yes I would deploy military but also create buffer - btw all these tribes - 10 miles - have KDF and wild animals occupy it.

President @WilliamsRuto, in Samburu and Turkana " We will bring an end to Cattle Rustling, whatever it takes. Even if it means bringing in the Military..."
