DCI does not prosecute. If a bogus case gets to court, blame the ODPP. How did the Prosecutor examine & approve prosecution that is just hot air, no evidence?

Raila gave Uhuru the political cover - betrayed kenyans by not playing opposition - and has been rightly punished. He is to blame for sure...Ufool carries the most blame.
