This was assassination for hire. NIS director should already have resigned if Pakistani can pull this without his knowledge.

Preliminary investigations indicate that by the time the Starehe police officers were calling their counterparts in Kiserian to alert them that there was no abduction or vehicle theft case as had earlier been suspected, the fatal shooting had already occurred.

UPDATE: Police officers involved in the shooting and killing of #ArshadSharif ordered to surrender their weapons for ballistic tests. Investigators will also talk to the driver and owner of the shooting range where they had been earlier on Sunday.

Kenya is not safe for Kenyans leave alone tourist or foreigners. Tourist should keep off unless they are suicidal.
