Counties need to do more of this

NHIF and my county have today established " Kangata care ". It is  medical insurance cover - 1. Free to 20k Muranga households 2. Caters inpatient/ outpatient, dental ,optical and last expense cash of  100k payable to principal member plus dependants .FIRST IN KENYA pic.twitter.com/Sx4qFpvUJE

Very good, but does it have to be named " Kangata care "? He does not pay for it personally.
Please do not come with the comparison of Obamacare. Legally there is nothing like that. It is just a nickname.
