Uhuru can declare today a national holiday for himself.

The chance of this case ever coming back are near nill.

Christmas came early! Leo at least he should go out to maybe kule Florida 2000 and celebrate

Yes. Meanwhile Ruto is set to be at ICC for quite a long time. I think OTP have already made a case and Ruto will have to defend himself..that is another 2-3yrs of court appearance....before judgment and possible appeal...so Ruto and Sang are stuck at ICC for another 5yrs or more.

Strategic move. That'll stop them from killing witnesses and other shady beh.

If OTP have evidence of witness tampering and such..why not institute admin of justice proceedings under article 75..like they tried on true rv.

For what gain? Further delays? Whoever harrassed TRV can't have been the ICC.

Am sure Kay is cursing his bad luck

It's a sad day for the victims. When Ruto and Sang are finally acquitted, we shall have over 1000 murder cases go free. The children of those women burnt in houses in Naivasha, Kiambaa and other places will carry an in born scepticism to justice and a bitterness towards society. Since the TJRC was sabotaged from the beginning (Orengo's wife started it) there has been no avenue for these issues to use as a valve to lower the pressure of anger.
While I have strong doubts about Ruto's involvement being of the opinion that he became a surrogate for Raila by a Kibaki regime seeking to avoid Kisumu (Grace Kaindi's killings), I have no such sympathy for Uhuru. He and those supporting him have to balance between boasting that he defended GEMA and that he did not sponsor Naivasha. The two are mutually exclusive.
He has earned his money's worth. We shall now hand him to God since man is unable to punish him.

It would appear that GoK non-cooperation has paid off. This is a reversal for the fight against impunity. The message for the Negro is simple. You capture power by all means necessary, you enjoy impunity.

True RV was harrassed?
When?
That shows If you have money you can get away with mass killings.

OTP failed to capture key evidence on time. The case should have started while Kibaki was in power. Their delays caused the failure. They also failed to secure witnesses before revealing their names to Uhuru. He then asked for adjournments to work the witnesses. Hiding a man in Uganda is the same as hiding him on top of KICC and announcing to every sniper.
