May the State also reach out an olive branch to the hustler who stole the neighbours chicken and got 5 years jail term.

The hustler need his jail term extended for stealing chicken (Criminals need serious punishment). On the other hand, Gachagua is a victim of Uhuru and Kinoti. I hope he sues the government of Kenya and be rewarded for injustices he went through( Victims are rewarded).

RVHH, how long will it take you to make 7.4B in savings or investment in a hustler's environment like Kenya. I am sure in LA environment unless you show the whole world what you do like Bill Gates or Elon Musk, that also could be a tall order. I though you posted here that your brother will not interfere with the rule of law. BTW remind him about that as concerns CAS positions.

Gachagua clearly didn't make that much money legally, but then again, who in kenya is clean? I don't know how they will deal with corruption in such a total cess pool

I have never seen a Trump character like all over suddenly become ethically principled. Instead they double down. My eyes and ears are open. Short cuts to wealth are the order of the day. If Gachagua made money the right way, all will surely see the path he took.

Democracy in Kenya matured recently and that is why regular Kenyans managed to vanquish the scum of Kenya (Uhuruaila) and replaced them with regular relatable people . Riggy is now the DP for 10 years and possibly President in a decade unless Ndindi or Kimani outwit him along the way! I would call Uhuru such before Riggy!

There was no 7.5B in the accounts - only 200m was in the account. The rest was smear campaign against Riggy G.

Fact remain that Uhuru in 5yrs abused his powers to persecute anybody who associated with Ruto with fake trumped charges and worse smear campaing.

The DPP should review all the cases he knows pushed by statehouse- and then finally resign.

The new DPP should first go for Uhuru and his boys -for bankrupting the economy
