I think they will capitalize SACCOS - the saccos will handle the qualification.
If you're in good stead with your saccos - you will borrow hustler fund at single digit.
So people need to be in SACCOS - for those like Githunguri dairy - it's good to go immediately.
For others they need to form SACCOS.

Saccos will disburse through Mpesa and Fuliza will nyonya as usual.  This has to be addressed before then.

Great news. Hustler fund will be a game changer. I hope they throw some serious money in those saccos. Single digit interest will shake up these stupid banks that robs Kenyans.

It's going to be about a billion per county..I would have asked sacco to match the funding
