yes he had a stroke and seem to have done cosmetic surgery  to fix the mouth

His face says it all.

Next one side of the body will become numb.

The effects of stress and overthinking is paralysis/stroke while in some cases people become mad/crazy.Its a process.

Somebody needs to help him.

Yes, absolutely....

Nairobi begat Bungoma which dealt him the fatal blow!

Absolutely no one to blame except himself to be honest....

On Nairobi, however much we shouted DANGER he wasn't listening... he thought he already had it in the bag. Weta used that Nairobi denial of ticket to Tim to full effect on the ground.
