Kenya should give Museveni UPDF a free hand to deal with those folks in that area.

I dont know how they will deal with Pokot but Ruto has to ask Museveni for manual.

Ultimately the dams need to be built in Kapedo - water projects in Baringo, West Pokot and Turkana
