There is drought in many parts including Rwanda type genocide in Ethiopia... without right leaders nobody cares...it usual story.Africa dying.Ruto is new voice of hope and promise.That us why Biden is willing to listen and trust Ruto

This isn't new. 200 million is a paltry sum and the usual if not less contribution the UN makes to Kenya's drought each year.

I hope Ruto finds his voice, character and authenticity. Still not seeing what his vision for Kenya is.
