IEBC is on its death bed . He should just compesate all the Commisioners no need to get tagged in a fight which Raila and his advisors are trying to bait him .
The way I know Ruto he will give Raila a referendum. Works for him too to formalize his carrots and have CS answering to Parliament.

You wrong on all counts.
1) Cherror have to go ASAP. They have to join Ufool crew who will also go en-masse.
2) There will be no referendum.
3) Ruto is not Kibaki or Uhuru - he is not afraid of Raila. Raila if he threaten violence...will be dealt with politically..he will wake up to find himself alone.
4) Ruto by now has given Raila a deal - he takes it - if he leaves it - he will be politically destroyed. Ruto is capable of buying all his Mp and leaders - leaving him only with 10 Luo Mps - diehard from Siaya. The rest will be getting monthly retainer from Farouk...broke Raila cannot outbid Ruto.
In short - Raila will be finished politically - unless he himself buy time.

For heavens sake Ruto is the current President.
He did a genious move of actioning IMF/World Bank requirements of doing with subsides by Oct.
Campaign is over no amount of Propaganda can work now not unless Kenya goes to a war with another country.
Kibaki and Uhuru are history Ruto is the present.
Ruto will not buy anyone from ODM Wiper. He is the President now because of Uhuru misadventure.

Ruto is a political genius - and my best advice for Raila - retire with Ufool. If you couldnt beat Ruto with all deep state and etc - dont try now. Leave poor Kalonzo to be made official opposition leader.
Never understimate Ruto - he is not a political idiot like Kibaki - or average lazy drunk like Uhuru.
Ruto is like Moi - a proffesori of politics - and now he is even better than Moi.
Ruto is capable of becoming one party ruler if he wants - let opposition not temp fate. Nothing stop Ruto from co-opting opposition - if he feels threaten. He is very likely to destroy Azimio if they tempt fate...without dealing with Raila or Kalonzo.
