Otherwise what difference will we have if police will answerable to Riggy G. COK2010 makes police (DCI included) OPERATIONALLY INDEPENDENT.

Ruto should fire the current police top heads - hire competent people.Go through all independent institution - fire those you have evidence of misconduct - wote - and hire competent men - leave them to run their affairs.

And never again talk about police -

Ruto will end up with Uhuru like legacy if he doesnt follow COK2010 to the letter. A legacy of shame and failure.

Same with Central Bank of Kenya - gov should engage them behind the scenes - but should never appear to order the police, iebc, cbk, judiciary. NEVER.

Riggy G is unrefined diamond - Ruto will have to restrain as he is refined in modern governance.

Gachagua wants to steal with governors and state corporations without interrogation from DCI....Every governor head of corporation will be sending a brief case with 20MN every weekend to Karen without interrogation.

Riggy G is a Moi product from those days Kanu was baba na mama. He is still a DO in his mind. We might just have to learn to ignore him.

I think he needs to be restrained otherwise might become another Matiangi.He needs to read and internalize the constitution.He also need lawyers in his office to advice him.He is biggest risk in otherwise smooth Ruto administration if he doesn't learn to float like butterfly and stick like a bee

How do you explain the Western Sahara fiasco of Ruto? He too needs to be restrained and learn to separate his personal interests from those of the nation.
