1 billion shs Uhuru park (wastage) - and next to it they spent 200 million on bus park - that is now disused as Matatus refused to move there.

Gen Badi should be retired with Ogolla. Badi should be tried for flouting procurement laws. The same for whoever oversaw Museum Langata - Uhuru gardens - and the eastern by-pass expansion. These are projects not contained in any budget.

Whoever did the procurement and expenditure should be surcharged for it, jailed and bankrupted.
