Title: Look likely a mini BBI will be enacted

To create Prime CS and two deputies...for Madvd,Duale& Muturi. Then official leader of opposition and two deputies for Raila,Martha and Kalonzo. Then Kenya will sail smoothly

Raila will get his BBI . A watered down form of what he wished.

Will we need parliament to enact this by way of amending constitution or its just by executive order?

RV is implying by 2/3rds Majority . It does touch on the basic structure of Constitution so it will require a referendumn which is what Raila want. It seems he will get his wish after 3rd time lucky but a watered down form of his wish. Then he might retire in peace.

Ok if this is the case then its not simply appeasing baba Ruto should use the opportunity to push for other demands. Its only opportunity he has.

I think act of parliament...not the constitution
