Title: Now that Ruto will sworn to helm make sure he consolidates power in Coast&ASAL

Focus on Coast and ASAL, make sure all Kikuyu big heads are crashed for the foreseeable feature 20/30 years, resurrect Mungiki to make sure they are busy on each other.
Get a strong leader in Coast , NEP, Western and Nyanza.
