Means priority has been given to Presidential Petion case.
If Elections upheld might be the first time a sitting DP will be appearing in courts for such type of a case or Uhurus Shenanigans will fall apart.

Gachagua will be jailed and then impeached by parliament..next dp is unknown

Possible  considering he has enemies also in Kenya Kwanza. But Gathering 2/3 majority its not probable.

Case should stay open, and make sure Ndindi Nyoro is VP , atleast for 2 years then Alice Wahome.
