The young black child was playing with toy gun outside. The cops drive up to him. Allegedly tell him to raise his hands. And shoot him.
What is interesting? The kid is 12. Playing with a toy gun. He has to have been confused when the cops show up with guns drawn. It is not illegal to carry a gun in Ohio.
CLEVELAND (AP) — A 12-year-old boy carrying a pellet gun that looked like a real firearm was ordered three times to show his hands before he was fatally shot by an officer, Cleveland police said Wednesday as they released surveillance video of the confrontation and identified the officers involved.

No indictment for the cops. The prosecutor outdid himself defending the cops' actions before the grand jury. Think Bensouda going out her way to declare the hustler and emoro innocent. A grand jury that was likely to acquit even without his efforts.
Police are trigger happy in the US. At this point in time, they can and do get away with cold blooded murder; where the victim is black, there is no surprise. They'll shoot and say the victim scared them and the jury will dutifully blame the victim.

American police force attracts the worst in the society. I think Ohio is a case of poorly trained idiots with guns. Training is everything and before you give someone a gun you must as well make sure they have an IQ higher than that of a Pig
