WSR team already frustrated like pundit.
What invited that dressing down? Did he mumble some expletive?

SC Ngatia has apologized to the Supreme Court Judge. Hakuna mchezo korti hii.

The advocates are very accommodative of each other. They appear cognizant of failure of IT system and want to accommodate each other. Koome is very calm and wants them to keep within the bounds of the petition.

Ama Katwa Kigen is overated? He is mixing Petitioner & Respondent. Says he is "there to represent the 1st Petitioner". Looks like just like Pundit, ni kanywaji and only 3 hours sleep.

He was very ambiguous mumbling about security and venue of scrutiny last minute. Lets cut him some slack for now. Wait to hear his arguments with Ngatia in court and rate him from there.

What did he say about security and venue of scrutiny? The ballot boxes?

These are like the legal Olympics of Kenya. Every 5 years, who is who in Kenyan legal circles come out to demonstrate their chops. We have Baba and a hopelessly corrupt electoral system to thank :D.

Katwa Kigen, one of Dr Ruto’s lawyers, requests for tight security and surveillance of the scrutiny of results transmission forms, cites the fracas at Bomas of Kenya on August 15.

Am yet to see what Ngatia did that Justice Smokin Wanjala cautioned him about.

Was caught whispering to the person sitting next to him. :o

There has to be ORDER in the courtroom. The whispering was disruptive as it was directed to his assistant across the courtroom. I would stop my answer there coz it suffices but niruhusu nifafanue.
Justice Wanjala has been through this like, this his 3rd Presidential petition! The thieves still come back to steal and he has just about had enough. This time SCOK is going to fix this for good if indeed there is evidence to the level that was adduced in 2017. This time he has CJ Koome ready to use her words "smoke them out". Of all WSR schemes, this is not the SCOK he wanted at this time. It was a warning to all present, this will not just be another business as usual petition. It will be one that Jurisprudence will emanate from, for the ages.
