The fat man has no political influence anywhere probably he could not even make it as an MCA.

He is the Plus 1 in Ruto win - and is set to become  chief minister - and will clawback Luhya support - once he has power. Raila ODM cannot sustain Luhya support in opposition trenches.

Yes, he will overperform as chief minister, and Luhyas, especially folks in Kakamega and Vihiga, will gravitate to him before 2027. Bungoma and Trans Nzoia will be in Wetangula's grip. Only Busia will remain hopeless in ODM. Raila with senility and opposition politics will not be able to control Mulembe nation. I see Luhyas back to 85% in 2027 supporting Ruto, especially after Nzoia sugar or Mumias get juicing to operate fully!
