Like mutunga in 2013 Koome has choice... business or friendship.She choose to take side she goes down with Martha.She does her job..she will be hated by Martha n uhuru but she keeps her job and Kenya move on.Its simple... fidelity to law or friendship...Ruto need three judges to sit out if things go to wire and deny them quorom if he can't get four.In BBI they tried to help Uhuru but it was impossible.This same situation the main petition is fraudulent...it defective..it can't be cured by desperate corrections and obstrufications.. Githongo has admitted he presented nonsense..the next limb is cooked forged form 34As in main petition...the rest are noise.
