We need a serious leader like Ruto who can call out bullshiet among his horn and great lakes peers.  Together with Ssebo and Kagame they can drum sense to anybody.

Steering agricultural societies requires little effort. You only need enough rain and stability. Transforming them is the hard work.

Tigray Defence Forces say they have destroyed 22 ENDF/allied force divisions, thousands of POWs captured.

This is a much greater loss for Abiy than operation Alula of June 2021 say Tigrayan sources.
