An ANC official in charge of health no less.  When they had issues during apartheid, Africans had to put up with them, often giving up their meagre resources to support them.  Zimbabwe government is crazy, no doubt.  But to take the frustrations out on a person seeking medical care is something even Rethugs here would frown upon.

Blame Mbeki. That man messed up RSA. South Africa need to help fix Zim. Otherwise ZIm issues will spill over.
