Browsing the forum, one gets the impression there is a bottleneck. It takes forever to load things. I keep getting insufficient resource errors sporadically.
Just a heads up.

Same here Wndy. Its been like that for the past two days. At one point it was down for a sufficient amount of time. Can Veri look into it.

Thanks everyone. Might be faster now. . there's been very determined hacker/s the last couple days. I thought I'd give them a few days, see which hack bot they're using. Should have the matter dealt with this weekend.

I have a clear idea who it is. I have the same problem at my site. He keeps trying to log in as admin. Last week it was denial of service. It should be possible to see competition as healthy and not annihilating. This site is not competing anybody.
The key is to keep on the course.

Hey Omollo, they're attacking you too. They've been at it since the start. I suspect it's the NSIS. Probably for you too.

I agree, there isnt any competition when it comes to forums as they all mostly serve the same purpose just in very different capacities. I dont understand the mischief. Just let people do what they do best and wherever they feel like. Veri tighten it so they do not steal personal info, not that there is much that we put on the blog anyway.

This site is tight. However, it still is on a commercial server. I'm definitely looking to have my own servers soon in the not too distant future. For now the security on this site is physically and automatically monitored for hackers and breaches of any sort. The delays should be dealt with permanently over the weekend. Thank you for your patience.

I had to outsource security. They were on me from the word go. It cost me but finally I did manage to stop them. I think the security fellas went after the individuals, dug up their identities and prepared to launch legal action. Warnings to their ISPs may have helped too. They got certain IP numbers used and programmed so that an alert is sent every time they attempt to hack.
I now simply have the usual problems from Ukraine and Russia. Chinese hopp around for deals and move on.
