When you become financial self-sufficient; be very afraid of your spouse; best to put own properties in a maze that makes it hard for a spouse to murder you and benefit directly.

The problem for Central is that land prices have hit the sky. That formerly useless farm that grew nothing can now fetch fabulous sums. Parents are being murdered as are siblings.
