1. ...anyway, 0.01% of 14,213,137 is 1,421 Votes 😜🤪 and not 142,000 as Juliana indicates....
2...could 1,421 made any difference? None at all!!!
3...but do we have a 0.01% variation; yes, dependent on what one is using to calculate...but inputting the number in a spreadsheet gives 100% as exact...
...the only variation I have noted is on the total value from the counties which 14,213,137 and in the summaries it's totaling to 14,213,027 a difference of 110 votes

Using a manual calculator...
10% of 14M is 1,400,000.
1% = 140,000
0.1% = 14,000
0.01% = 1,400
I'm told, when you use the SULTAN Calculator from Joho School of Statistics, 0.01% of 14 mirion is 140 sausands!
