Results are on the portal. Supreme court will take 20 days to add all the numbers, and they will get the same result. They are done. DP has 5 firm justices under lock and key!

The main issue they'll take to court is the matter of quorum. My colleagues are vigorously debating it in our group because the Constitution directs the Chair to verify, declare etc. But the IEBC Act requires 4 Commissioners for decisions/actions of the Commission. If they go to Court, expect this to be one of the arguments. Personally, I doubt people are interested in going to court anyeay. We're just so tired! And if Kenyans want majambazi, honestly ni shauri Yao.

Chebukati was gazetted as presidential Ro..the rest are doing ceremonial work to read results

People should always go to court if aggrieved. It is probable given campaign language early in the game that someone intended to steal and used Kenyans' tiredness as alibi. You should encourage that because refusing to go means anarchy and boiling anger. Let court at least absorb shock for people like Maraga did. Any voter can go to court and subpoena evidence from either side and IEBC.

The role of commissioners doesnt entail discuss who will win or not.
Ruto won based on numbers.
If the process was opaque - let the parties go to court - agents - observers.

These four morons were selected and appointed recently to mess up election

C'Mon Githunguri, You should know ujinga when you see it. These commissioners complained after they had jointly varified all Forms 34A. The rest is just simple math. No court have time for these...and most importantly, Kenyans have no time for Drama.

Precisely. Safety gate should be at form 34A everything else is grade 2 arithmetic.
