Raila was leading when recount started, now, Ruto has started closing the gap and pulling away. Expect commotion and "kimeibwo" to start ratcheting up.
Ruto has a lead of 369000 now with 92% constituencies reporting! I see there are still two significant Raila constituencies left, so he will eat that lead to somewhere 250K.
