Post by: RV Pundit on August 12, 2022, 11:53:07 PM: They are working on re-run - by stop ruto from getting 50% or making sure chebukati doent finish by tuesday deadline. But Chebukati has protocol - deputy RO will take over - if boxes need to be opened to retrieve the copy they will - but generally they will use the scanned returns. In any case it doesnt look like Embakasi total votes would stop chebukati.

Post by: RV Pundit on August 12, 2022, 11:55:11 PM: The idea behind kidnap is simple - Embakasi East has 164,227K votes - if the race is very tight - then Chebukati cannot announce without them. But returning officer will do the needful unless they took off with returns...very unlikely.

The difference btw RO/Raila could be as low as 250k.

So deep state may not suceed.
