Yes, things will change. Hustlers in my family are busy preparing and buying clothes for tomorrow's certificate acceptance and inauguration. They have almost drained by pockets with needs.

I heard Cherera deputy chair says all ROS are in except 1. I thought that meant the diaspora RO.
