Because IEBC discontinued the submission of digital results - and went for images - it's made it "difficult" to call the election because now someone has to sit down and decide which result to add first or last.
Randomizing function that gave us UNIFORM results that NASA called algorithm is gone.
Now the only way to do is to get sample of turnout/voting and predict the election.
Now we have media doing very few samples - nobody knows what procedure they are using to pick the results.
It of course cannot pick random digital results stream in

what we have at best is media hse balancing things manually - adding one Ruto stronghold - adding one Raila stronghold. This will go on until you hit 10 million votes....because there is no non-human process to digitize the results...unless it strictly based on some logs when they arrived.
